Carol Boulet

Carol Boulet is semi-retired in Florida after loving her 30 years of teaching. She works part-time as a literacy coach helping young students build language skills. To enjoy the beauty of nature, she often goes to the beach and reads for hours. She moderates a book club, keeps an active social life and recently started work on a memoir in a local writing class. In 2008, Carol was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer and, after three surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation, is now a nine-year survivor.
