In addition to being high in antioxidants, this raspberry and mint smoothie can help soothe mouth sores or a sore throat associated with cancer and its treatments. Combined with flavorful raspberries and honey, the mint in this smoothie helps soothe upset stomachs, improves digestion and can ease nausea, too.
