This delicious summer snack is easy to make and good for your sweet tooth. And according to the oncology dieticians from the John Theurer Cancer Center who provided this recipe, bananas can help aide in digestion, and are a great source of potassium, manganese and vitamin C. Manganese also helps your body to make collagen and protects against damage from free radicals.
Give these sweet bites a try and be sure to share your creations with the hashtag #CURESummerSnacktime on social!
