Sweet Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into ½ inch cubes
¼ cup feta
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup reduced balsamic
Instructions:
Steam the sweet potatoes until tender, about 7 — 10 minutes.
Once cooled, add the cheese walnuts and raisins. Lightly mix.
